Buying a Panther Chameleon from another city

Dear everybody!

A have an opportunity to buy a Panther Chameleon. But the seller is from another city, that's why I'm trying to estimate whether the chameleon he is selling is healthy.

Folling the seller's words - that should be 3-month Nosy Faly Panther male. Could you, please, help me understand the condition of this chameleon. And, if he is wrong, the sex of the chameleon.

That would be a female..what locale though, it's hard to say. She looks healthy and around 3-4 months.

Looks healthy and the age they said. When I look for healthy chams I check the crest and eyes are inflated and not sunken meaning they're well hydrated.

I have to go with female as well. Locale wise, with a female I don't think you will ever fully know. My advise, if you can't trust the sexing of the chameleon i certainly wouldn't trust the locale...
