wondering what this mark is. It appears like skin but I dont believe its shedding as he literally just did that last week. He has been close to uvb bulb as a plant grew up to top of enclosure where i noticed him hanging out. I have cut the plant back so he cant bask there no more

Still does not look like the typical thermal burn. See what happens over the next 24 hours and take new pics as that shed starts coming off so I can see the skin below.
