Bump On My Chameleons Foot

Hi,

I recently bought a panther chameleon about a month ago. I've just started to notice there is a bump on leg near his foot. If anybody knows anything, please post. Thanks for your time,

Could be gout...could be an infection. Best thing I can recommend is take it to a vet.

I'm no doctor but I think it could be a calcium build up.

Make sure your chameleon is drinking plenty of water because that could lead to kidney failure. Keep an eye on your chams eyes and make sure they don't start sinking in and also provide plenty of hydration and humidity.

What are your chams eating habits and drinking habits?
What do you feed your cham?
Do you supplement the food with calcium dusting?

He eats great(5-10 dusted crickets a day)

I'm buying a dubia colony soon. And he drinks quite often when I mist his enclosure. He really has no eating habits, he just eats whatever is in front of him. Thanks.

You need to bring him to the vet... We can speculate on what it is all day, but no one here is a trained vet (I dont think they are anyway)...
