Bulbs I can use with my Cham

Ok I’m lookin for a straight answer a cfl bulb is ok to use With a Cham ? Won’t bother it’s eyes I read a few articles about cfls hurting there eyes

Personally, I've never used CFL's with any of my reptiles. I use reptisun 5.0 long linear UVB tube lights and for basking, regular incandescent household bulbs of a wattage that produces the right temperature.
