Building Fake Rock Walls?

I want to build a Fake rock wall for my chameleons cage. Does anyone have any or any ideas Pictures would be great also. Other reptiles enclosures with fake walls would be good also just to have some diversity.

Granted they are a site dedicated to PDF's, but there is a section in their forums on "Members Frogs and Vivs" http://www.dendroboard.com/forum/members-frogs-vivariums/. Many of the threads there are construction journals.
It should get ya started in the right direction.
