bugs on Umbrella Plant?

Today I went home for lunch and noticed one of my chams plants has these tiny small (sand grain) Sized bugs crawling around and some have wings!

Sounds like fungus gnats. They can be pain to deal with. The easiest thing to do is to let the enclosure dry out more. Watering the plants with soapy water will help kill them too. One trick I used that was suggested to me was to wrap the cage in saran wrap with a some of dry ice in there to kill any pests and it gives your plants a big boost.
