Can these cleaner beetles climb smooth surfaces and escape?

Nope they can't climb, and btw i still see them on fullthrottle not sure what you guys are doing lol.

I figured it out. If you click on "beetle cultures" at the top of the page, all that shows up are blue bottle fly larvae, orange head roach and dubia roach. You have to click on "shop now" in order to find them.
