Hello
Chameleon (1.8 years) often with wheezing gasps while inflating the throat and belly. Sometimes scratching his eyes and face of the branches. Activity average.
Nostrils and throat clean.
Less of me, that the vitamins have not given ...
Why is this and what to do?
Thank you.

From the video I don't see anything out of the ordinary other than he looks defensive and pissed off. All of the symptoms you are describing are not present in that short video. The wheezing(which is not normal) I would say could be a respiratory infection but you said the mouth and throat are clean. Maybe it is the beginning of one. Do you have any vets that care for chameleons by you?

No wheezing.
Exhale through your mouth it constantly. Even when I was not looking.
Veterinarian in the city.
In Moscow, the Moscow Zoo herpetologist suggested a lack of vitamin A and B2.

Maybe he has edema?

Oh you have a carpet chameleon! I could not tell in the first pic! SO beautiful!!! You said in your post that he was making wheezing gasps. So no wheezing? As fas as the edema there is just a very slight little bulge and if it is it is a super mild case of it. Edema will not cause the symptoms you are taking about. If it is exhaling through the mouth it could be having trouble breathing then. Maybe it is too hot. What temps do you keep him at? Lack of vitamins should not cause mouth gaping either to my knowledge.

Have you or can you look way down his throat? Check for bubbles or mucous. I saw a chameleon on here who's mouth looked ok but way down his throat were bubbles and it had a respiratory infection. What do you keep your chameleon in and it is very damp and huimid conditions?
