Update it's in the trees so cant get a good shot. I was reading your post from a while ago and It looks like a straight line to the vent compared to an indent before. Still not sure myself so Ill get a better picture later for opinions.

A more clear shot from the side with the tail straight back would help alot but, to add a little hope, it looks male to me from those angles.

I would say female from the second picture also.

I know you wanted a male but trust me, you will end up liking her just as much. When I kept panthers I actually liked my females the best. They have a funny demeanor like all female species...............or might I say gluttons They also have some nice coloration.

It comes from Ampiskiana, Kent. Obviously you wouldnt have any experience sexing babies from that locale

I would agree with the better angle that Kent mentioned. I would still not say 100% sure.
