Is my panther a boy or girl?

Like the title says, i'm just trying to sex my cham. I bought it at Petco the other day and got 50% off since its been there for a couple months. Appreciate any feedback. Sorry for the poor pic quality, used an iPotato to take the pic.

thanks for the reply guys! Bowser the chameleon is happy in his new home .. i just hope hes getting enough water.. i have a hand mister i use a couple times a day and leave a dripper on half the day
