Blue light or clear day light

hello everyone. Quick question. My heat bulb just burned out and I'm getting a new one. What is better a clear day light or the blue bulb day light. Any help would be great. Thanks

The cheapest incandescent they make. Or you can switch to a wide flood halogen depending on your setup. You dont need "blue" or "full spectrum", the cham dont care about the color of the light.

Daylight. Chameleons DO care about the color/spectrum of the light. It determines how everything around them is perceived. Look for a 5000k or up to 6500k bulb and no lower than 4000k.
