Blood?

So I was watching one of my panthers and all of a sudden he started going
Poo or I thought he was no poo was coming out of him ,yet but he was trying
To push it out and then I saw this red stuff , it wasn't hanging out like when chams normaly poo it was just by the flap and then it went back in.
Could someone please tell me what this is, he has no perisites
What could it be?

No, they sometimes whip them out to clean or 'rearrange' when they go to toilet, it's totally normal
