Could be a number of things. Flamazine cream is a good cream to use because it will work on bacteria and fungus...but you need a prescription for it.
Keep an eye on the chameleon to see if any more of these appear...and in the meantime fill out this so we can see if there are any husbandry issues...

Cage Info:
Cage Type - Describe your cage (Glass, Screen, Combo?) What are the dimensions? she is in a 38 gallon flexarium but soon to be moved to an xtra large reptibreeze
Lighting - What brand, model, and types of lighting are you using? What is your daily lighting schedule? i use ceramic 100 watt with reflector i also have a uv 10
Temperature - What temp range have you created (cage floor to basking spot)? Lowest overnight temp? How do you measure these temps? Her thermostat is set at 92 but its broken so i cant turn it down but she still basks for ages. i use a digital thermometer
Humidity - What are your humidity levels? How are you creating and maintaining these levels? What do you use to measure humidity? I spray twice a day have a dripper and use a anoulogue hydrometer
Plants - Are you using live plants? If so, what kind? ficus and umbrella plant and a fake one
Placement - Where is your cage located? Is it near any fans, air vents, or high traffic areas? At what height is the top of the cage relative to your room floor? In my bedroom about two feet of the floor low traffic area

Fecal Description - Briefly note colors and consistency from recent droppings. Has this chameleon ever been tested for parasites? she poos about once a week and her urates are white she hasnt5 been tested
History - Any previous information about your cham that might be useful to others when trying to help you. I see her parents most weeks and they arnt cared for properly but the babies were really healthy
