Blister on foot

Today I re-homed a male nosey be, he seems to be very un co-ordinated with his feet. Also his front foot seems to have a blister which looks saw and is an open wound, he is between 3 and 4 years old, pooing and shedding fine. I think he's suffering from calcium deficiency. Hopefully with some tlc he will be in good health soon. Is there any advice on how to treat this blister on his pad? I believe it's cause by touching the heat lamp ! Any advice is appreciated

Post some pictures please. He could have an infection on that food. Try some Silver Sulfadiazine and if you don't see any improvement in a few days a vet visit may be needed.
