Black spots

Ok so when i walk up to my chameleon she tends to get black spots on here. When i walk away she turns back to her normal self...Is this normal? she is 2 month old veiled chameleon and has been eating normally and drinking normally.

My cham tends to get dark spots when he is a little chilly and he is soaking up the heat. I would try to raise the heat a bit
