Black spot on nose... Is he okay??

Hi!

Illy has a black spot on his nose this morning that wasn't there yesterday... Please see picture. Not sure if it's just worm remains or something more serious.... Thank you for your help!

It appears to be residual dried "guts" from a feeder. Interested to see what others think. You might give him a warm hand mist to see if it softens and falls off.

Just returned home and he now has this...

And now it's gone... Turned out be a spot that comes and goes when he changes his colors.... The one on the nose is still there though

Pictures can be deceiving. To me it looked like something affixed to his scales, not part of. Very interesting. I'd love to know more about this disappearing spot.

Butter worms, super worms, small amount of wax worms and reptiworms...

That's why I skipped the butterworms when ordering - it can cause some chameleons to have a bad reaction which includes dark spots:
