Black mark

This pic is from about a month ago. I thought this was a bruise, but it has not gone away. It’s not spreading, but it is getting bigger as he gets bigger. He about doubled in size and the black mark doubled in size with him. Like I said I don’t think it’s spreading just growing with him. Any ideas on what it is?6E72082E-9757-4FEB-8915-115CF1E392F9.png
