black around eye

I just recieved a juvenile veiled today from LLL reptiles. While watching her I noticed that around the back of her eyes (toward the neck, not actually on the eye) and a little on the neck itself is black. I didnt know if this is a stress factor from acclimating to a new environment or if something is wrong... Please help me out, I'm a new cham owner and would like to stay that way. Thanks

Always post a picture is you need help with stuff like this. Could be part of her natural color, could be much worse. We cannot tell without a picture.

right off the top (WITHOUT any picture or clinical description provided)
I'll say:
if it's not inflamed or swollen
it's a bruise from her being tossed around during shipping or handling.

You have to assume that people NEED a good photo
to discuss these things.
