bigger cage?

So my juvenile veiled chameleon seems to be getting a little crammed in his reptibreeze 16x16x20 enclosure. So for Christmas I decided I'll get him a bigger cage. Here is a picture of Reptar, my chameleon. Then the cage I was thinking of getting him. It's 36" L x 18"W x 36" H.

I would go with the extra large reptibreeze. The exo terras dont offer a lot of airflow, can have drainage problems and the glass gets lots of water marks on the if water isnt pure.

I just bought the extra large repti breeze it's a 24×48 and it's got a door at the bottom for easy clean I like it but cant see myself spending $100 again I will build if I get a new one is building an option

When it's time for my veiled to get a new home, it will be the 48" one.. they can get pretty big, so i want my guy to have plenty of room.

I don't really wanna go through the trouble of building one.

Also, I wanted to get him a fogger and a live plant, so then the humidity can stay up and allow him to have a healthy plant he could eat

I would avoid the glass cages imo. More cons than pros, and the cons seem to all have to do with the chams health wich is not negotiable to me personally. The main ones i heard are that you dont have the airflow that the cham needs and the other is that the glass can not only confuse the cham since it is something he cant climb on but it can stress him out if he is able to see his reflection. Just my point of view

To save yourself some money and costomize it yourself you can build one. Here are four videos from Jdog that show how to easily build one yourself. This is what I did and am sure glad I did it!
