I need some help. My eggs hatched and Im wondering how all the breeders keep there babies watered? When Yoshi was small I just misted his plants several times a day, But i have school for 4 hours everyday now. So im wondering if there is anyway to keep the babies watered while Im at school?? I know they can drown very easily........Any help would be great!

How about a volcano humidifier Codi? :D

I dont think they will dehydrate in 4 hours, but maybe spray the heck out of the enclosure before you leave? Unless you do actually use some kind of fogger/humidifier on a timer. Less heat=less evaporation. apart from lots of live plants and a really good misting thats probly the only choices I can think of.
perhaps mist their food?

Four hours is okay. When I had baby panthers, I misted early in the morning around 7, then not again until noonish when I was at work (when not at work I also watered at 10ish), then watered again around 2 or 3 pm, and again lightly between 4 and 6pm (made sure not to overdo the last watering, so things would dry out before lights out). Ensure the prey you offer is wet gutloaded too, that helps.

they are panther babies....they hatched last night along with my cat having kittens........

Thanks for the responses guys!! i think ill get one of those volcanos:p

Codi-Are these the eggs you bought from some guy a few months back? If so, I am glad they hatched for you. I was afraid it might have been a waste of money for you. What locale are they?

People Actually Sell Eggs there? Moreover, Folk actually Buy them? Wow!
I think you were very lucky Codi. This is a very unusual practice to me,
is this common in the US?
