just wondering what the best way to gutload is? currently I just put a piece of fruit/veggie in with the crix about 4 to 6 hours before feeding time and then the next time i use a different type of fruit/veggie and so on. is it better to do that or mix different ingredients together and feed the crix a mixture? it just that when i put kale or bee pollen alone in with the crix it seems that they dont really eat any of it and thought that if it was mixed they may eat more???

this 'salad' that you make Brad, how many ingredients on average would you add? just chopped up and mixed together? i was thinking about making a salad a while back and using alot (10 or more) ingredients and freezing some for future use. does that sound like a good thing to do?

I would grab a food processor and chop

turnip greens
collard greens
mustard greens
kale
papaya
spirulina
bee pollen

it should almost liquify, you may dehydrate it so it lasts longer
or you can freeze it in ice cube trays

I do both. Some weeks Im using one ingredient at a time (in terms of the fruit and veg), and other weeks i chop together a bunch of fresh stuff (and the combination changes all the time too). When mixed up, you may find they still eat around the stuff they dont like in preference for the stuff they do like. Blenderizing might help. Whereas if you give them little else to eat, they WILL eat the kale and such.
