I have some discoids in my garage. Cham doesn't eat them now. Maybe later. They are in bucket with corkboard, dry food and orange.

The bin needs to be clear sided? Curious cause I bought a blue rubbermaid bin

Correct, I checked with James, he said usually the non clear ones are easier for insects to climb the interior ( due to them being textured sometimes), where as the clear is way to smooth. So a smooth colored bin is fine ??

Does not matter. Mine in orange Home Depot bucket. They are tropical roaches and like it warm and garage gets hot.
