Best lighting for chams

Hey everyone I am a former breeder, and haven't been doing it for a few years, so Iam out of the loop on what is the best lighting for my chams, I want an all in one are these any good (mercury Vapor bulbs)? or should I go with a reptisun 5.0

Unless you have a UV meter, go with the 5.0

Due to the amount of heat they put out, you should only use MVBs with adults that require higher temperatures (like panthers). ReptiSun 5.0 and a basking light for the others.

Go with the reptisun 5.0 and a regular household bulb for basking......40 to 60 watt.
