Best cameleon for AK?

Can anyone tell me what would be the best of the Cameleon's to have here in Alaska? I live in Fairbanks it get cold very cold down to sometimes 60 below. We have land turtles now and they are doing great with lighting and heat etc. But is there one type of Cameleon that is more "hearty" than others. I am very interested in baby veils.

veileds and panthers are hardy species, but they do require basking temps of 85-90.
if you think you can make the temps stay that high, then by all means, go for it!
just make sure you do your research beore buying one.
