Crazy story for my cham friends.
So as I was moving from my old place to a new I had a clutch that somehow got misplaced and ended up inside a dresser that was on a trailer. About a half hour into the drive A dreadful feeling fell over me . .. the eggs are still in the dress that’s now being pulled in a bumpy trailer in the mountains. So I pulled over and extracted the container in absolute embarrassment and saddened thinking my negligence killed off an entire clutch of babies.

Two months later bang! That clutch hatched !!!

I’m telling this story because of all the talk about eggs and how delicate they truly are. But even after a bumpy ride in a trailer wayyyyy pause diapause they somehow made it !! Makes me really wonder about how hearty the eggs actually are . Thoughts , comments ??

and yes I know my dumb mistake could have ended a lot worse

cham eggs are pretty hardy. Ive heard some people put them in a mason jar with no holes and they turn out fine and have perfect humidity. Im not that gutsy. Still most of the fall out seems to be trying to cook cham eggs like snake eggs.
