Best lighting for UVB are T5HO fixtures and I prefer the arcadia bulbs. 6% is the most commonly used bulb. Your distance to basking depends on the fixture type you use and the bulb.

Arcadia makes great products. The ProT5 and then the Jungle dawn LED bar for plants. These two products will daisy chain together as well and run off one cord or you can have them run separate.
