basking spot temp

so right now he has 90-91 F at his basking spot, the rest of the cage is 78-79f and in the night he has 75f or so !
my concern is that the basking spot could be a little high for a 5-6 month old veiled ! should i lower it or its ok?what do you think?

i used a 60w bulb exo terra but i saw him trying to get more heat and climbed on the screen ! the 60w bulb did like 84-85 F so i switched it with an exo terra 75w neodynium spot bulb !

It's fine! Great actually. If ur cage is large enough no problems... I'd recommend dropping night temps another 5 degrees or more..

yes the cage is 25x25x60 inch.i will move the cage to get better night temps but in a week when ill clean it-dont want to stress him so much, just moved it a few days ago! im glad the temps are ok ! thanks
