Basking light

Im staying in Singapore at the weather here is pretty hot. My room temperature ranges from 26c - 28c and never has gone lower or higher. So do i still need a basking spot for my cham??

Yes, I would use a 25w bulb to give your cham a hot spot to bask. Shouldn't be over 32c. Ambient temps may be high and you might struggle with having really high humidity. I don't think i've ever said that haha. Also you'd want proper UVB lighting aswell.

You should be fine though, You're living in conditions close to madagascar anyways

Just make sure you have plenty of ventilation for your cage (full mesh).

I was just assuming you'd have high humidity in Singapore...Just checked the weather for you guys and humidity is around 62%, which is good for a chameleon. I was just worried it may be "too" humid, but you should be fine. I was thinking your humidity in Singapore was much higher.

To get your humidity higher so it spikes to about 85% you can hand mist 2-3 times a day for 3-5 minutes. Just be sure to spray around your cham aswell so he can clean his eyes, soak up some water, and drink off of leaves. Also provide a dripper so your cham can drink plus the dripper provides an extra bump in humidity.

You can make your own dripper too just take a large container, or a big water bottle and poke a tiny hole on the bottom so you get a slow drip.

Yup, no problem.

Just remember to read up on gutloading + calcium supplements // vitamins. Also plant safe list, veileds like to eat plants.

You can also use a 25w-60w regular household bulb for a basking bulb to save a few bucks.
