Basking temp: 85 ( for right now)
Dusting: with d3 once or twice a month, without d3 at every feeding
How many: right now about 15 a day (give or take)
Sqeeks and Slinko pretty much said what I was going to. The only thing I would add is that you will also want to get a multivitamin and dust the feeders with it twice a month. I use Rep-Cal Herptivite, and I just alternate it and the Calcium with D3 on Sundays. Good luck with your new chameleon! I had the same exact thing happen with my first one. He was 3 weeks old and only lived 10 days. He was just too young and stressed. I got my 'new' one from a forum member when he was 2.5 months old, and it has been a world of difference. He is so healthy! I hope you have better luck with your next one. Just make sure it's a bit older and from a good breeder and you should be fine!
Howdee,,,and ongrats on getting a new cham!!!!
I got my Guber when he was about 4 weeks and luckily I was introduced to this amazing care sheet,,,and I still go back to it first when a question pops into my head,,,,and if the answer aint there,,,,,youre sure to find it amongst the knowledgeable people on this forum!!!
