today i heard a strange sound coming from my baby veiled cham's cage and when i looked at him it looked and sounded like he was sneezing or maybe trying to throw something up.

i just read somewhere that if you see a baby cheameleon sneezing it might be bc you over dusted your crickets. could this be all that was wrong?

If he looked like he was trying to throw up, he might have caught a feeder in his throat wrong. Just like us, sometimes things "go down wrong".

Make sure your feeders are small enough for a baby.

Maybe you heard him hissing at you? Can you fill out this? https://www.chameleonforums.com/how-ask-help-66/

schedule

I have found a good supplement schedule for a baby veiled is

Week 1: Calcium without D3 6 days a week, and then Calcium with D3 on Sunday

Week 2: Calcium without D3 6 days a week, and then Multivitamins on Sunday

Repeat. This schedule works for me, but you should take into consideration the brand of supplements you are using. Some are much stronger then others.
