Baby Tongue Problem

I have 3 Panther Chameleon babies ranging from 3-4 weeks old. They are in a rubbermaid container with vines and plants, 80 degrees with 50-70% humidity, and are misted 4-5 times a day. They are eating, drinking, pooping, and growing like weeds. I have been feeding them pinheads and fruit flies dusted with Repashy Calcium Plus. I noticed that the older of the 3 babies (the largest one) missed a fly and did not pull his tongue back in for a few seconds, but eventually did. Ive only seen this happen once and it scared the hell out of me. Should i be worried that it has happened more than that one time or is it just a fluke thing? His tongue and mouth seem fine and all 3 are pigs when it comes to feeding time. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
