While my son is away on vaca with his dad, I got the honor of looking after his boy "Zepplin". Here are some pics of him soaking up the warm Florida sun this weekend. He LOVED it.

You need to move back!! I lived in Frederick, MD for a couple of years. I couldn't take the winters. I'm a Florida cracker, born and raised, so no cold weather for me.

YEP...Florida CAN BE the Cham State as the weather down here can be very nice for outside free range and outside enclosures, especially this time of the year!

Once I started taking Rango outside, he gets excited everytime I open his inside enclosure, thinking I'm about to scoop him up and take him out into the sun!

HE LOVES IT! I still stay away from any full sun, and if he gets too warm, he just crawls down into the plant to cool off!

I don't have to worry about the humidity, since FL has humidity ALL THE TIME, but I still use my Habba Misting System every hour for 45 seconds.

I've never seen him display any dark colors outside, just his reds, oranges and blues!
