My female veiled had 32 babies about 3 mos ago. 1 died after 1 week, but all the others have been doing wonderfful. When i went to mist them tonite i noticed 1 of the smaller ones walking and his body seemed to be shaking and i'm wondering if this could be the start of mbd. Like i said all the others look fine, no shaking, all eating like they havne't eaten in a year. This one is alot smaller, but not all hatched out at the same time, so i don't know exactly where this one is on that end. I have seperated him and put him in his own cage to see if that helps. Any ideas as to what the cause could be? Or am i just being paranoid?

Could be MBD ...could be hes imitating a leaf. If you can put him in a seperate container so you can monitor his eating and make sure hes getting enough calcium.

I dont have one but until recently all of them, only 10 left, were in the same enclosure, a large one, and are all using the same uvb so that can't be the cause. And yes he is already seperated and he wasnt imitating a leaf, it was much different. I even picked him up for a few minutes to check him out and as soon as i put her down and she went to walk away she did it again. Don't know if maybe it was the branch she was on and just walking funny or not but i will certainly continue to monitor her. Kristina, where did you get that from? LLL?
