Baby 'Orphan' Goats

We got our goats today, their mother died after giving birth to them, and we addopted them, they are about a month old as of now, and need to be bottle fed 'Replacement Goat Milk' formula, because they do not have a mother to feed off of, because we got them at such a young age, they are very tame, and happy, so they seem, they dont bite right now, hoping they never do :p

My mom decided to name them Velma + Louise, they are twin female goats.

They are both white and brown, and stand about a foot and a half tall, up to my knee pretty much.

In there pen they have a tire which is held by wood so it cant fall on them, another tire laying flat, a ball we supervise them with, a hut with hay, a water dish, and a couple chairs. right next to their pen we have 2 female goats (unrelated to the babys) who are both pregnant, and we rescued them too.. they were abused, and are scared of humans, but we are working on taming them :)

I will post pictures in about 2 - 5 minutes, can be confusing posting them from my cellular :p

LOL, your Mom is funny too huh Levi :D
Goodluck with the kids mate, be eating your shirts off the line in no time. We had goats on our farm when I was a kid. lots of funny memories! :)

Sorry about the horse though, hopefully it'll heal up fast.

Thanks :)

They are very nice, they dont bite hands yet but you can tell they like trying t bite loose clothing, like shirts LOL There very cute but hard to take care of, when we have to bottle feed them about 4 times a day, and then when you do that they dont cooperate lol

Hopefully they dont get Clothes of the line! lol

As for the horse - shes been doing better, her knee was caught in barb wire! as a baby, and if it got infected, she would have to be put down, because they cant grow up with 3 legs, and 1 thats healing up.. so weve wrapped a new bandage around her knee... every single day.. :p

I will get a picture of the new baby we have, she is part quarterhorse (Just brown) and part paint (Brown and white)

Her mom is really dark, making the baby really dark, with white spots, and some brown :D

I will post pics soon.

:)

Thanks for asking,

The goats are doin well, had a scare the other day, the one goat decided to not eat for 2 days, then had a big poop, and ate like a Gorilla :p

Got us nervous though, The horse is doin well :) healing fast, and still putting cast on, cast off.

Im also just now today, going to introduce my male crested, with my female. they are about 11 months, and extremely healthy :) we're all ready, have what we need, and a thermostat, in a reptile room. Going to be A great experience, and ill inform you as we go along :D

My male is sure turning out to be a Beauty, i will post some 'Fresh' pictures tomorrow ;)

The girl is nice too, shes quite plain, with stripe like morphs on her back, i like it, but apparently this morph she has isnt worth much :p Shes beautiful though, in my eyes haha.

Edit : I renamed the gecko's too, because everyone kept gettin them mixed up with a million different shows, and movies lol

They were Ricky (Male) + Lucy (Female)

Now they are Bob (Male) and Marley (Female)

Edit take two : The goats definately like chewing. Theyve wrecked one of my new shirts for school, and ive had to relace my left shoe. Good Times.
