Baby jacksons

The 16th of july my female jackson gave birth to about 18/19 babies now there are only 7. I feel really bad that i wasnt able to keep them all alive ?. I wasnt prepared so when they were born i took them out of the mothers cage And put them in the bathtub with a bonsai and sticks. I couldnt order small pin heads nor fruit flies till today cause the store i buy stuff from was on holliday. I gave them small beetles and some small worms, i putted like 20 small beetles in total and havent seen one single cham eat. But the beetles have been disapearing. P.s. very important in all this days i havent seen one poop, but sometimes i smell some bad odors from the chams byt cant tell what it is. Pls somebody reply.

The temperature here in italy is aroind 25⁰c with oyt the uvb light.

I already knew those things cause i have a male and a female jackson but problem is i havent seen one single ?. So idk if they have been eating or not.

I’m very sorry about what is happening with your hatchlings. I do not keep Jackson’s chameleons, and am therefore mostly useless when it comes to information on your babies. However, I noticed that your light for uvb May be wrong, and it is not a linear uvb. Another member had babies recently for a Jackson chameleon so I may be able to find the link to the image of how he kept them.

Pinheads? You should be able to order pinheads on line.

Chameleon Not Pooping
If it carries on for longer than there is probably some issue you need to look at, particularly if your chameleon has been eating ok but still not pooping. ... If that doesn't help and you still feel worried then take your chameleon to the vet as something more serious could be wrong, like impaction.
