No, I've heard there are one or more NEW subspecies to be described soon. If I remember correctly, one is from Kenya and smaller than merumontanus.

Indeed. Rob Pilley mentioned this (even) smaller form of jacksonii on ADCHAM a while back and may signal a complete revision of the jacksonii taxon.

From ADCHAM:

Incidentally a new dwarf form is currently being described for jacksonii, tiny little thing that has stubby horns and bright blue eye turrets. Watch this space. It seems genetically separate from the other forms and potentially occurs at altitudes far higher than any other known form.
