I'm new to chameleons, but my first observation about your enclosure is that it is too low and is in a stressful place. The picture is upside down when I open it, but it looks like it is almost on the floor beside a place where shoes are stored and maybe a kid's basketball hoop. Chameleons need to by high. Being so low, especially in such a high-traffic/activity area, will be incredibly stressful for your little guy.
Also--remember I'm pretty new to keeping reptiles--I was a little bothered by the shape of his back legs. Maybe he has some MBD going on. Perhaps you could post some more pictures to show his legs and joints.
