Baby jackson chameleon health problems.

My mom got an adult female jackson chameleon. it was pregnent and had 10 babies. All but one have died, though the mother seems fine. They seemed to be doing well until about 2 weeks ago when they started moving less, keeping their eyes closed most the time and possibly eating less (I am gone most the day and can really only tell they have been leaving less droppings.). We have been feeding them wingless flies and pin head crickets, we had them in two ten gallon tanks with a paper towel on the bottom, fake leaves and fake twigs (i do not know what they are made out of but i believe they are from pet smart.). we recently got them a fogger at a reptile show, we started just turning that on instead of misting them and they seemed to love it. we did this two or three times a day. we had them under a Repti-Glo 5.0 15W UV light. we live in Utah and it gets very cold at night the temperature next to the tank is 76 degrees fahrenheit and we have the thermostat set to auto heat. They were and the one still alive continues to be a light pastel green most the time though occasionally a darker brown. We have started using a water dropper to hydrate the last one as well as trying to feed him a pinkish protein mash by hand. We try not to stress him out while doing this (I don't know where my mom got it but i assume pet smart.). We are trying really hard to save this last one, my mom seems to know what she is doing but is poor at using the internet so I thought I would post around and see if anyone knows something we don't about whats going on, we could really use the help. I have provided all the details I could think of but if your would like to know something else please ask. we are keeping that last one under the above conditions though we have added some live plants to the tank.
Please help.

Raising baby jackson's from birth isn't easy. Unfortunately, I can't tell you what to do about it. I have never raised them from birth.

sounds like you are on the right track but i would like to make a few suggestions. a single 10 gal is more than big enough for all 10 , rather than use paper towels i used white terry cloth pieces cut to fit exactly , they hold the humidity longer and more stabil than paper towels, i cut several to size so when one gets dirty i can just exchange it with a new one. ultra cleanliness is super important as they are prone to eating every little piece of debris ,plus terry cloth provides more cusion in the event of a fall which is not uncommon at that stage. i kept my tank setup in such a way that they could not get out even with the lid off (plus better air circ),i use bamboo skewers from the corners up to the plants so that both bugs and chams have good access to and from the floor and they are also better to handle them with rather than handling them directly. good feeder concentration is important as they have not yet learned that they can get that bug on the next leaf over by walking over to it , early on i would be wary of using repcal with d3 because of the high concentration of d3. i would instead dust once a week with something a little mellower like minerall indoor or sandfire icb, they are sensitive to calcification issues so that should be sufficient if your uvb is correct (i assume it is linear). high temps are more of a problem than low temps , temps above 82*can be dangerous and they are quite comfortable at temps down to 65* , i would check the temps directly under the light at the wire cause they will hang there if given the chance (i try to discourage it and thats one of the reasons for an open top. i would be careful with extended foggings as they are prone to respitory issues) early on i would mist their cage 10 times a day they should drink readily if there is wet foliage. you can limit the # of ffs that escape by smearing the upper inside rim with olive oil. there is some crappy pics of my setup and feeder concentration in my cf public albums. i have been short on time lately but feel free to pm if your future posts are not getting answered or you have other unanswered issues. they arent that hard once you get dialed in

This is very helpful thank you.
