our two pregnant females gave birth monday and today so got pictures

mom - 1 -first time mom -gave birth on monday

babies- pics taken today at 2days old

mom -2 - our well proven female- gave birth today

babies - pics taken today at hours old

also we bought a new female on saturday and this is her "pixie" today

Wow, impressive little furry family

I was expecting little hairless pink things for the babies just hours old. I didnt realise the come out covered in hair and with their eyes open!

Andy! They are so cute! When I was a child we had 29 guinea pigs at one time! My Mum loves them and they all had names! I was lucky enough to watch Jemima give birth. Guinea pig babies and chinchilla babies are so cute how they are born as mini replicas of their parents! Have you got any baby chin pics too?

I used to keep chins too before I had the kids and we had a breeding pair. They had a cute litter of triplets and we named them Cookie, Frisbee and Ruffle! Baby chins are the cutest babies by far though! My very first chin (Mum & Dad got her as a surprise for my 14th birthday) would fall asleep in my arms until I got a dead arm from holding her and was forced to wake her up to get the blood flowing again, lol!
