baby chameleon

Hello

i have a baby veiled chameleon and he is eating and moving fine and everything. Except this morning he suddenly had a light blue spot on his entire side. Is he shedding or is he sick?
It looked a bit like a very light blue ink spot ( he has a few blueish spots there from birth.

that is the problem i don't have internet back at my place i have to do it from work and my usb ports are blocked :'(
