If he's from Europe I seriously doubt he would legally get a pumilum from a pet store, and who sells a baby this young? If you buy a chameleon it should be 2-3 months old and strong enough to survive the stress from movement plus a pumilum is a rarely seen chameleon and is a bit harder to keep than a panther or a veiled. I think you should have informed yourself a bit better before buying such animal. As the other people already said, try giving it smaller and different feeding animals. Also post some information on the terrarium, temperatures etc.
