It seems like ages since I've been on here, but I just wanted to share my excitement with you all! Last night while my argus monitor was in the bathtub (yes, he takes baths....
), I checked in on all the eggs in the pantry. I wasn't necessarily checking in on the 2 clutches of carpet eggs (2 more downstairs) in there but was really checking on uroplatus (leaftail gecko) and g. marginata (vorax gecko) eggs that are due shortly. What? What's that movement up there? Could that be a little carpet?.......already?? 6 months and 6 days. Only one was born but the others in there are looking like they could pop any time now. I hope to have some pics up soon.
Oh, BTW, these little guys are the product of Ian and Isabelle, 2 CB carpets from Chad and Darci at Tiki Tiki Reptiles.
