Baby Calyptratus

I am getting a baby female calyptratus, and I am getting the crickets, but I was wondering if I could feed her some baby dubias, not a lot, too add a variety. I am concerned if the shell is a bad idea or if they would be harder to chew up and maybe they could swallow to soon. Basically. I want to know if it is a bad idea.

The rule is not to feed anything longer than the distance between their eyes.

Variety of food is good though, just try to avoid insects too big
