Average 8-9 month old panther size?

Hi, I just have a quick question about my panther. I'm not sure what the average size is for one his age, and I was wondering if anyone could tell me the average size of an 8-9 month old male panther. I bought him in April at a Reptile show and they told me he was a month old at the time, but due to his size I am almost certain he was only a couple days old. I look at him now and he looks rather small in my opinion. I haven't measured him, but I'd say at most he's 10 inches from head to tail. Is this small for his age or is he fine?

Do you have any pictures of him when you first brought him home? Any now? We could give you some educated guesses with some pics for reference.

Panthers, chameleons, are like every other organism, grow at individual rates. Your Panther is certainly within the normal rate. They don't all end up the same size either!!

here's a bit more of a recent photo, except I think he's about an inch or so longer than this now. I will try to get a photo now, he's up way past his bed time right now!

Are you sure you're "he" is a "he"? He looks like a she. At that age, even a few months younger, he should have shown tons of color by now. From that pic it looks like you have a lady cham

I'm sure its a he, I had to help him with a stuck sperm plug this morning! Lol.

Anyways, I just took another picture.

How much do you feed him? It may be the angle of the last shot, but he looks kinda small, but has a thick base of the tail which can be a sign of overfeeding?!? I think it is time for me to go to bed o_O.

I typically feed him 7-10 crickets every other day. I only just noticed that bulge today and I think it has something to do with his sperm plugs...

Not saying he is too small, but you may still be able to feed him every day right now. He is around the age when they don't eat as much, but he is definitely still growing! Definitely keep an eye on the bulge, just to be careful. Again, could just be the camera angle, or as you say, from the plugs.

Magoo has a bulge kinda like that he's always had it I'll post a couple of pics is this normal

I'm thinking he isn't eating quite enough. I would try feeding every day and see if he will eat. If not, maybe he is just a bit small for his age.
