Automatic drip system using pump instructions/ the better little dripper

Dang, I really want to follow this guide but the pump is no longer on Amazon. All of the alternatives posted in this thread are also dead links

Does anyone have a pump recommendation for this system?

No, I do not have anything... I will tell you that I gave up on the entire process and went to a plastic solo cup with a few pin holes on the bottom. Set it on top of the cage add ice cubes and it does a slow drip.

The issue I found with this is that the pump heats the water and then you can get a build up of slime in it after about 3 weeks you can tell this. I could not find a way to keep it clean which made me paranoid about the fact that the chameleon was drinking that water.


Another thing I have seen done is people using IV tubing for a dripper system. Look that one up.

I used the IV dripper, worked great. Gave up on droppers though since my cham never used it.

There are also people who use automatic plant watering systems such as this one. I have heard that some have had great success with this and if you’re looking for something similar to what Beman was doing, it might be worth checking out!
