Ate moth?

I've read that normal brown mothes are okay for chameleons, but while in his outdoor enclosure (no idea how it possibly squeezed through the mesh) a white and grey moth (pattern on it looked like a tree) was on a branch, and he ate it. Are those okay too?
 
The only thing you can do is watch him and see if he acts strange. I'd imagine there are a lot of black and white moths so guessing won't get you anywhere lol.

If indeed a month, rather than a butterfly, it is almost certainly okay that it got eaten. They dont provide much nutrition (fairly fatty) but chameleons do enjoy eating moths.
