Arm issue

Hi guys, new to this site and really need help figuring out what's wrong with my chameleon. For the past 2 days he's been on the ground and the reasoning I came up with is because his arm looks broken. Here's a picture please respond as soon as possible. He has also been shedding and been using that arm to scrape some of the skin off and thought it was normal but he hasn't been climbing the vines.

Your chameleon has SEVERE metabolic bone disease/disorder. He needs to get to a reptile vet ASAP. How long have you had him? MBD is caused by lack of calcium and Uvb Rays. He will need calcium injections and supplements, and you have probably not been caring for him properly. Please read this thouroughly and make changes to your husbandry according if you want him to live. You are going to have to work very hard for him to keep him alive, and his bones will never be back to normal, so he will always have trouble climbing and eating. Please read this thouroughly and make changes to your husbandry according if you want him to live:

Also, please fill this out with information about your current setup:

Oh my gosh, please get the poor little fellow to a vet. I am sure he is in pain and it might be best to have him humanely euthanized at this point. As the other member asked you, how long have you had him? As stated he has a horrible case of Metabolic Bone Disease and is suffering.. There may be hope for him, but I don't know.

Poor little thing! Whoever gave you care information for your cham was really clueless. I wish you could have found us sooner so we could have helped prevent this.
