Are these black spots any thing to be concerned about?

Are you talking about the black parts? They look like possibly old insect bites? Or healing burns?

She looks healthy otherwise, though I am hesitant to say it for sure since you just got her. She is relatively dull in color, so it would be easier to tell for sure once she settles and starts to feel safer.

She isn't used to being handled so that's why her color was a little bit dull but you don't think it is that serious?

I got her yesterday but she is 1 year old so I don't know if it has gotten worse but I will watch it thanks.

Definitely, look for signs of infection, swelling would happen and redness. Also pain when touched. Then some pus may be forming and she may need to get it drained and on antibiotics. Otherwise she should be ok. Her legs are relatively skinny, other than that she looks ok.
