Are girls nicer than boys?

I have a 5 month old male panther and he pretty much hates me already. Ive been thinking about getting a female and I was wondering if they were nicer than males usually. Or about the same?

I dont know, but if you keep working with him, Im sure he will come around.
My guy hated me at that age too, but he has lightened up a lot

Free range can really lighten the mood up a tad bit also.

It really just depends on the individual chams. They're all different and I don't think sex indicates anything about their personality. Both of my panthers and my jax are all super docile, and all of my veileds are nasty. Go figure.

i think some females are nicer than others. you should still get a female though they are awesome!

I have a little girl Nosy Be Panther and she is sweet as can be! When I open her cage she comes to the front, I kinda thinks its because she sees me as the cricket man.
She doesn't climb onto me on her own yet but my hand doesn't bug her at all and she has never hissed at me...

This is m first chameleon though, I need a little boy Nosy Be to be Kami's friend and i hope he's goingng to be sweet too!

I've been trying to bribe my guy with some treats but everytime I open the cage he gets all sideways on his branch and tries to hide. It just takes time I guess. I just hear about people's girls being very sweet. I wish my guy would come to me when I have food. Still getting a girl though.

I went to take new pics of my little lady yesterday and i used a different camera and she was kinda iffy!

Before she really noticed the camera

Now shes like "hey man whats that thing, its definietly not a cricket!!!"

I got closer and she decided it was ok and she would be all cute!

I don't know about wether girls are nicer then boys. But I have 2 male panthers. They are both total opposite personalities. My Sambava is not real friendly, puffs up a lot and sometimes hisses and acts like he is going to bite when I get him out of the cage. Once he is out he is fine and enjoys it. But my Ambilobe can't climb up on my quick enough when I open the door to his enclosure. The only problem I have with him as that we can not get him to go back in as he would hang out on us all day if we let him!

id say GENERALLY females are nicer than males, but hell when they are nasty, they are nasty! my most agressive female is lucky, brought her to the vet, she had to put the "snake gloves" on because she kept biting and hissing, shes drawn my blood before, one time i was pull out some crickets out of her cage, cause i realized i put too many, and she got me right on the pinky

it varies... i have males that love me and females that im scared of haha

I have 2 males n 2 females . both my females are freindlier than the males. I think the age that u get them makes a difference.
