Are Carpet Chameleons a good Chameleon to buy?

From what I've read they make a very good starter, however I'm a firm believer you can keep just about any of them with the proper preparation. Read.. read ..read.. Especially here, which is a very good source of information. Be prepared with the proper environment/housing and supplies.

I personally started with a pair of Panthers and thus far they've been a dream to care for and keep.

To go more in depth on them, because I am veg’n at home on a Friday night and im kinda bored…

In my opinion they are a good first chameleon because of several reasons:
-they don’t take up much space.
-they don’t eat as much.
-the temps they require are easily achieved.
-they don’t need high humidity.
-they are a hardy chameleon, even most WC are rather tough (however always buy CB if you can help it)
-they are a very colorful chameleon that I think is underrated

The list goes on… But you should be able to get the general idea. Good luck with em. :)
